They understand what it takes to lead hyperscale cloud adoption programs that leverage industry best-practice and their expertise in this space is unrivalled in Australia.
Their depth of knowledge and experience has been forged in leading technology and professional service companies, including PwC, AWS, KPMG, HP and the ASX. The majority of the team have also founded, directed, and provided strategic advisory services to a diverse range of Australian companies and start-ups.
Paul O'Rourke
CEO
Paul is a passionate business builder, strategist and people leader with over twenty-five years in ICT professional services. In his most recent role as AWS Director Professional Services APAC, Paul helped the region’s largest organisations unlock business value from modern cloud technology. Paul has extensive experience in technology strategy and planning services and delivery leadership in public and private sector enterprise organisations. He has enabled and accelerated the largest enterprises and IT providers realise business outcomes using public cloud at scale.
George Watts
CTO
George has been a technology strategist and leader in enterprise technology for over twenty years, with senior management roles at EDS, HP Enterprise Services, KPMG and Amazon Web Services. Since 2014 George has performed senior Cloud program delivery roles at AWS, including management of the global Operations Integration capability for AWS Professional Services. In this capacity, George led Operating Model transformation at some of the largest AWS customers in both Australia and Asia-Pacific.
Tristan O'Connell
CFO
Tristan is an experienced corporate Chief Financial Officer and Company Director. Tristan has worked as an Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listed corporate CFO in Financial Services and as a Director of numerous ASX listed investment trusts, covering assets classes including, Private Equity, Property, International Equities and Renewable Energy. Tristan is tasked pursuing disciplined yet ambitious growth within DigiRen and is excited to be working with a talented team and to have alignment with AWS, the world-leading cloud computing service provider.
Chris Hall
COO
Chris is an entrepreneur, investor and strategic advisor. Since leaving the role of Director at PwC Chris has founded four successful businesses and provides strategic advisory services to start-ups and established businesses. Chris has co-founded a corporate health and wellbeing software solution that accelerates the early detection and prevention of chronic disease. Chris is sharp, focused and driven to build businesses that build a better world.
